My family has a busy schedule, would you recommend in-person or online therapy?

Both in-person and online therapy have their benefits. In-person therapy allows for face-to-face interaction and may create a more personal and intimate setting. However, online therapy can be more convenient for your family’s busy schedule, as it eliminates the need for travel time and can be done from the comfort of your own home. Online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions, allowing families to engage in therapy regardless of their location.

We also found that some families prefer a hybrid model, which combines in-person and online sessions. Whether you choose in-person or online therapy, our therapists deliver the same level of compassion, support, and evidence-based interventions to help facilitate your family’s healing and growth.
