Toronto Distress Centre

Provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention to people in distress.

Self-Injury Outreach Support

Information and resources about self-injury. The site includes coping tips, resources, links, and videos for those who self-injure, and for friends family, and professionals.

Distress and Crisis Ontario

Distress Centers across Ontario offer support and a variety of services to their communities. The website offers a chat function. The service is usually available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good2Talk

Provides free, confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.

Wellness Together Canada

Provides free online resources, tools, apps, and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals when needed.

Hope for Wellness Helpline

Services to all Indigenous
people across Canada. Services are available in Cree, Ojibway, Inuktitut, English, and French.

Warmline Helpline

Provides emotional support for adults (18+) in the GTA and Peel Region who need a friend with an empathic ear. It is operated by peers who have experienced loneliness, isolation, and anxiety. Available to talk from 4 pm to midnight in Ontario ET. *It is not a crisis line.
