I believe that we all have the capacity for personal growth and change. I align with a humanistic approach to healing – that we are striving to have more fulfilling lives. I believe that we have within ourselves a treasure trove of resources that could help us grow.

I would be humbled and honoured to be part of your journey.

In our work together, I aim to help you build resilience, inner strength, and self-compassion, while also guiding you toward a more fulfilling life.

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to get unstuck from your negative thoughts and feelings and find healthy strategies to integrate into your daily life. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and worthy.

I employ an integrative approach to therapy because each cleint has a unique cultural background.
