2. It is also important to document the incidents. Keep a record of bullying incident, including dates, times, and specific details. This can be helpful when discussing the situation with school authorities or seeking support.
3. It is also a good idea to build your support network. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people who make you feel valued and accepted.
4. Practice self-care by engage in activities that promote your well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time in nature. Engaging in activities you enjoy can help boost your self-esteem and resilience.
5. Set boundaries by assertively communicating your needs and boundaries to the bully or others involved in the situation. Be honest and direct instead of hinting or making passive remarks. Practice saying “no” confidently and politely. Use your body language by standing tall, making eye contact, and speaking clearly.
6. Seek professional help. A therapist can provide valuable coping strategies, help you build resilience, and address any underlying emotional issues.
