Hila’s Bio

Hila Reshef (she/her)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Registration #13521

I believe that we all have the capacity for personal growth and change. I align with a humanistic approach to healing – that we are striving toward more fulfilling lives. I believe that we have within ourselves a treasure trove of resources that can help us grow.

In our work together, I aim to help you build resilience, inner strength, and self-compassion, while also guiding you towards a more fulfilling life. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for you to get unstuck from your negative thoughts and feelings, and find strategies to integrate into your daily life to move forward with greater clarity and resilience. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected and worthy.

I employ an integrative approach to therapy because each client has a unique cultural background.

I would be humbled and honoured to be part of your journey. If you have any questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact me. You can use the links provided to book a free 15-minute consultation or session with me. If it turns out that I am not the best fit for you, I would be happy to refer you to another therapist who may be more suited to your needs.
